Policies /

DEPOSITS 
 

A 30% NON- REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you are paying by invoice, it must be paid within 24 hours of receiving it or your appointment can not be held. Your deposit will be deducted from the total amount at the end of service rendered during your appointment. The deposit must be paid at checkout to secure your appointment. You may reschedule before 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment. Your deposit will be transferred to a service within 30 days.
 

CANCELLATIONS
 

Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hrs of your appointment. It can be rescheduled for a later date but your deposit won't be refunded.
 

LATENESS 
 

Clients 10 minutes late to their appointment will have to reschedule for the next available appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.
 

REFUNDS
 

All products must be returned within 15 days of use. Products returned after the 15 days will not be accepted. Prices and services are subject to change at any time.
 

NO SHOW
 

Clients that do not show up to their scheduled appointment will not longer be allowed service at Truly Regal. 
 

CLIENT FORMS
 

All Client forms will be sent out via email and filled out , completely. Forms must be sent in 24 hours before your appointment to be examined by your skin care professional. If forms have to be filled out at the time of your appointment and it goes past the 10 minute grace period (check late policies) your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
